About Heather Spangler
A lifelong resident of Montgomery County and a 2004 graduate of Hillsboro High School, Heather takes great pride in serving the community that has always been home. She and her husband Ben are raising their two sons, Chase and Dax, who keep them busy with a full schedule of sports and activities.
Her professional journey began in healthcare, becoming a nurse at just 19. Starting as an LPN and working her way to RN, she spent years providing compassionate, hands-on patient care. Today, she brings that same dedication to her role in education as a full-time CNA instructor at Hillsboro High School, where she mentors students and helps launch the next generation of healthcare professionals.
With more time to pursue a long standing passion, she has recently stepped into the world of real estate while following in the footsteps of her mother, Lori Weiss, a respected industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. Inspired by her mother’s success and love for the business, she is excited to have her mentorship as she begins this new chapter.
As a real estate professional, she is committed to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions of buying or selling a home. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, or those ready to make a change, she offers honest guidance, a strong local perspective, and personalized service every step of the way. She looks forward to helping clients find the place they’ll call home.
